Q: How long does it take to make a custom order?
A: It is approximately 10 business days - depending on size, quantity, and color.
Q: What do you recommend for silicone or epoxy?
A: As each application is different, we recommend looking for a product that will be compatible with your substrate (vinyl, stone, wood, stucco, etc.) and the steel pins provided. The epoxy or silicone should be weather resistant and able to seal the hole you are adding into your house.
Q: How wide will the numbers be?
A: Each font and number varies in width; if you require a measurement of the width, please contact our team and we would be happy to provide you with the information you require.
Q: Are there limitations to custom numbers?
A: If you find a font you like which is not offered on our site, require a custom size, or need to match colors we would be happy to correspond with you to find the best solution, there are almost no limitations.
Q: Can I get a preliminary mockup of what our order would look like?
A: Absolutely, whether you require measurements to ensure your order will fit your space or you want to ensure the order will look as you imagine, we can create and send you a file to approve before placing your order.
Q: What is included with my order?
A: You will receive the number(s)/plaque, stainless steel mounting pins, 3/8" spacers, paper drill template, ,and installation instructions.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: All standard shipping is completed through the standard US and Canada postal service.
Q: What methods of payment are available?
A: Currently, MasterCard and Visa are the only available options.
Q: How difficult is the installation process?
A: These house numbers are a simple DIY project and only require a drill (with appropriate bits), safety glasses, caulking gun, and some tape. Please see the installation page for detailed instructions.
Q: If I require a larger order of numbers what is the best way to order?
A: In the event that you are looking to have numbers for multiple houses or in a series of condominium units, please feel free to contact us so we can help with the scope of the project and ensure all requirements are met.
